At the time he felt more connected to the underworld and the solitude it provided. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOver the last thirty years his work has expanded from pixação, to street art, evolving to an ecologically and humanitarian driven activism with his site specific murals around polluted waterways, in the favelas and eventually into galleries and museums world wide.
